Q1:Do I need to purchase any additional devices when buying the charging post? For example: Circuit breaker, leakage protection device?

A:For installation, please contact a professional electrician. A 40A circuit breaker should be selected. If there are mandatory safety requirements, choose a 40A Type A RCD.

Q2:What is the specification of the cable cross-sectional area?

A:3*6 copper wire, 6 square millimeters.

Q3:Does the S310 charging post have PEN protection? Is a separate RCD protection required to comply with UK regulations?

A:There is no PEN protection, only PE protection. A separate RCD needs to be installed at the incoming line of the equipment.

Q4:How do I install a charging post? Take S311 as an example.

Q5:What should I do if the APP cannot find the device?

  • Ensure the Wi-Fi is using 2.4GHz, as it is not compatible with 5GHz. Make sure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and has internet access.
  • Press the red emergency stop switch for 1 second and then restore it.
  • Before opening the APP, make sure both Bluetooth and location services are enabled.
  • If there is no Wi-Fi on-site, you can use one phone to create a Wi-Fi hotspot and connect another phone to the hotspot, then try adding the device in the APP.

Q6: My charging post smart card is not responding, what should I do?
