DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
1. If you are a reseller or OEM, or ODM client, please submit a reasonable reason for the return or exchange first. Subject to reasonable and legitimate grounds, MRCARTOOL will bear the related costs. Provided that the above procedure does not result in an unreasonable request from the customer to MRCARTOOL.
2. If you are an MRCARTOOL user and are not satisfied with the MRCARTOOL products purchased from the online authorized shopping platform and offline authorized dealers, you can return the products within seven days from the date of receipt; or you may exchange them for another product of the same value within 30 days from the date of delivery.
3. Returns are only permitted with MRCARTOOL’s written permission. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Returned and exchanged products must be in fully saleable condition with documentation of the relevant bill of sale, all relevant accessories, original packaging, and paper invoices (if any).
5. MRCARTOOL will inspect the returned items to ensure that they are in good condition and eligible. Any item that does not pass inspection will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund for the item.
6. You can exchange the product through the customer service center or MRCARTOOL-authorized distributors. The policy of return and exchange is to return the product from where it was purchased. If there are difficulties or problems with your return or exchange, please contact MRCARTOOL Customer Service.

If your return or exchange information is confirmed, a confirmation message and email will be sent to you.
2 – Prepare the parcel
Please put the products and related accessories that need to be returned or exchanged into the original express box and seal the express box.
3 – Please deliver the package to the courier and provide the tracking number to the consignee.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within two business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
