Fuel Injector Cleaner Machine Common Issues, Don’t Rush to Return It!
❗ Issue 1: No Pressure or No Test Fluid Spray During Injector Testing?
1. Check if Test Fluid Has Been Added
-
Make sure the test fluid has been filled up to the specified level line.
-
If the fluid is insufficient, the machine will not be able to build proper pressure or spray the test fluid.
2. Check if Pressure is Building Up
- After starting the machine, continue pressurizing and observe whether the pressure gauge shows any change.
-
If the gauge shows a change, it means the pump has started working.
3. Check Injector Connection
- If the machine has pressure but still does not spray fluid, the injector may not be properly connected, or the connection might be loose.
-
Please unplug and reconnect the injector to ensure the connection is secure.
4. Check Pump Current and Voltage
- While pressurizing, observe whether the pump voltage increases normally.
-
If the voltage shows normal readings but the machine still doesn’t spray fluid, there may be an internal fault in the pump.
❗ Issue 2: The ultrasonic fuel injector cleaning machine fails to start properly.
Does the machine not start at all, or doesn’t it respond? It is recommended to perform basic checks as follows:
1. Check Power Socket Fuse
- Check if the 5A fuse inside the socket is intact.
-
If the fuse is damaged, please replace it with a new 5A fuse.
2. Check Power Adapter
- Ensure that the power adapter is properly connected to the motherboard power port.
-
Check if the plug is loose or if there is poor contact.
3. Check Input/Output Voltage
- The normal input voltage should be 110V or 220V (depending on the national standard).
-
The normal output voltage should be 12V. Please use a multimeter to measure.
📌 Tips:
- Checking the fluid level and power status before each use is recommended.
-
After use fuel injector cleaner machine, promptly drain all fluids to avoid sediment that could clog the injector.
-
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please contact after-sales support and provide relevant fault videos or pictures.
❗Issue 3: Fuel Injector Tester Showing Single Cylinder Leakage After Six Months of Use?
1. Confirm the Type of Test Fluid Used
- First, confirm the type of test fluid added to the machine.
-
It is recommended to use a dedicated fuel system test fluid for the machine, avoiding non-compliant liquids (such as gasoline, cleaners, etc.), as these may accelerate seal degradation and cause seal failure.
-
If other liquids were used, it is recommended to replace them with the standard test fluid as soon as possible to extend the equipment’s lifespan.
2. Check if the Sealing Gasket is Aged or Damaged
- If only one cylinder is leaking, it is often due to the aging of the sealing gasket caused by prolonged use, liquid corrosion, or high temperatures.
-
The solution is simple: just replace the sealing gasket with a new one.
-
You can contact after-sales support to request a free replacement gasket. The replacement method is very simple and does not require disassembly; just unscrew the injector fixture to replace it.
💡Friendly Reminder:
- It is recommended to check the condition of the seals every 3-6 months to maintain proper sealing of the equipment.
-
Before using the machine, ensure that the injectors are tightly installed to prevent fluid leakage during high-pressure testing.
-
If you have any further questions, feel free to contact the official after-sales support for guidance.
❗Issue 4: Two Holes Appearing on the Control Panel of the Fuel Injector Cleaner Machine?
1. Check if Button Functions Are Normal
- Try pressing the button at the location of the holes and observe if the machine responds.
-
If the button still works normally, it means the surface sticker is damaged, and it doesn’t affect the machine’s functionality.
2. Only the Sticker is Damaged? Replace the Sticker!
- If the machine functions normally and only the sticker has fallen off or worn out, causing the holes, simply replace the panel sticker to restore the appearance without the need to replace the motherboard or other components.
3. No Response When Pressing the Button? Need to Replace Sticker + Control Motherboard!
- If you notice that the button has no response after pressing, it could be due to aging or damage to the internal circuits of the control motherboard.
-
In this case, both the control panel sticker and the control motherboard need to be replaced to restore functionality.
4. Confirm Control Motherboard Version (Key Step)
- The control motherboard of the cleaning machine has multiple versions (new and old models), and the internal interfaces may vary slightly depending on the production batch.
-
To ensure the correct replacement parts, open the front control panel cover and take a clear photo of the current control motherboard. Send the photo to customer service, and they will match the corresponding motherboard version based on the image.
📌 Friendly Reminder:
- Before operating, please turn off the power to ensure safety.
- If you’re unsure about the product version, please contact after-sales support for assistance.
-
Genuine stickers and motherboards can be reissued through after-sales support.
❗ Issue 5: Are the Accessories Missing for the Equipment?
1. Some Accessories Are Packaged Separately in the Box
- Some fragile or important accessories (such as the power cord, user manual, adapter plugs, etc.) are individually packed and placed on the sides, in the compartments, or the foam protection layer of the packaging box.
-
Please carefully check the inside of the box to ensure nothing is missing.

❗ Issue 6: Glass Tube Not Draining Oil in the Fuel Injector Cleaner Machine? The Test Liquid Cannot Be Stored?
1. First, Check if the Oil Drain Switch is in the Correct Position
- Check whether the oil drain knob is in the “closed” position.
-
Check if the knob was over-rotated or not reset properly.
-
Improper operation of the oil drain switch can prevent the fluid from draining or cause abnormal backflow.
2. Check if Improper Test Fluid or Cleaning Fluid Was Used
- Be sure to check that you are using a standard, dedicated test fluid.
-
If highly corrosive liquids or cleaning liquids are used, they may damage the internal rubber gaskets and seals.
-
Some cleaning liquids contain swelling agents that, over time, can cause the seals to expand and deform, leading to abnormal drainage.
3. Disassemble the Bottom of the Glass Tube to Check the Seal Condition
- Remove the cover beneath the glass tube and carefully inspect the internal gasket for the following issues: Noticeable swelling/Surface deformation or stickiness/Cracking, or breaking.
-
If any of the above conditions are present, the sealing ring has been corroded and needs to be replaced.
4. Replace the Damaged Gasket to Resume Normal Operation
- You can request the corresponding sealing ring model from the after-sales service.
-
The replacement process is simple and can be completed with a video tutorial or illustrated guide.
- After replacement, it is recommended to use the officially recommended test fluid to avoid similar issues in the future.
