MRCARTOOL V309 Fuel Injector Tester and cleaning machine combines ultrasonic cleaning with microcomputer-controlled oil pressure for detection. It simulates various engine conditions to clean and inspect high-pressure EFI/FSI/GDI injectors and standard injectors, compatible with 99% of vehicles.

📝Warm Tips
  • The cleanser added into the ultrasonic cleaner just soaked the injectors’ needle is suitable.
  • Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner before adding the ultrasonic cleanser, or you may incur damage.
  • Strictly prohibit to put the pulse signal cable or its connecter into the cleanser, otherwise damage will be incurred.
  • The continue work time of the ultrasonic cleaner don’t be more than 30min, otherwise it will shorten the life.

How to test fuel injectors with V309 Fuel Injector Tester?

Structure
  1. Clean the injector’s exterior with liquid before use. Place injectors in the ultrasonic bath after removing dirt, ensuring the fluid doesn’t exceed the pulse line connection port.
  2. Turn on the ultrasonic system to allow the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particle buildup inside the injectors. After cleaning, recycle the remaining cleaning fluid.
  3. Fix the injectors on the main machine and test them for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Add the test liquid to half of the glass tube.
  4. We are performing leak tests, spray pattern evaluations, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. The technicians have now returned the injectors to the flow bench to retest all functions.
