MRCARTOOL V311 is a new 2024 professional fuel injector cleaning, fuel injector cleaning equipment for stand alone fuel injections with full injector testing capabilities. It is also a marine fuel injector cleaning machine that supports GDI, EFI and FSI injector cleaners, performs injector testing, heats up ultrasonic cleaning fluids and offers multiple language options.

Regarding the injector test fluid you can choose medical alcohol and paraffin for testing, please do not use any corrosive cleaning fluid for testing. If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to recycle the test fluid after the test is completed.
Regarding the injector cleaning fluid, you can purchase a cleaning fluid specifically for carbon cleaning, and I’ve attached a link below to the one we often recommend to our customers to purchase. You can click on the link to purchase it directly.
The cleanser added into the ultrasonic cleaner just soaked the injectors’ needle is suitable.
Do not activate the ultrasonic cleaner before adding the ultrasonic cleanser, as this may result in damage.
Strictly prohibit to put the pulse signal cable or its connecter into the cleanser, otherwise damage will be incurred.
The continue work time of the ultrasonic cleaner don’t be more than 30min, otherwise it will shorten the life.
Not in using, please put out the power plug.

How to test fuel injectors with V311 Injector Pulse Tester？

Structure

Clean the injector’s exterior with liquid before use. Place injectors in the ultrasonic bath after removing dirt, ensuring the fluid doesn’t exceed the pulse line connection port.
Turn on the ultrasonic system to allow the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particle buildup inside the injectors. After cleaning, recycle the remaining cleaning fluid.
Fix the injectors on the main machine and test them for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Add the test liquid to half of the glass tube.
We are performing leak tests, spray pattern evaluations, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. The technicians have now returned the injectors to the flow bench to retest all functions.

I Bought this unit to clean our injectors for our race cars. I have used it a few times and it works great for the price. It has several cleaning options and a ultrasonic cleaner on top. So far so good.

Good product quality

The product works great and handles normal injectors without any problems. But when testing the BMW injectors it will short, what should I do with it?
