The MRCARTOOL V103 fuel injector tester combines electronically regulated pressure control with a microcomputer-based measurement and control system, engineered to simulate and test fuel injector performance under various engine operating conditions. The device features a constant test fuel pressure of 0.6 MPa, a large-capacity 1,300 ml reservoir, a high-definition digital display, and a high-brightness LED backlight. It comprehensively evaluates fuel injector spray uniformity, atomization patterns, spray angles, and high-pressure seal leakage, making it an efficient diagnostic and testing tool for modern auto repair shops, maintenance workstations, and research/educational applications.
- Never use corrosive fluid for testing: Strictly avoid using gasoline, kerosene, paint thinner, or harsh cleaning fluids as the test fluid, as this will corrode internal fuel lines and damage rubber O-ring seals. Each time the test fluid is replaced, drain the old fluid completely before adding 1000 ml of fresh fluid. If the device will not be used for a long period, it is recommended to drain and recycle the test fluid back into its original sealed container.
- Regarding the test fluid and injector cleaner: Please use professional automotive fuel injector test fluid for routine testing (medical alcohol may be used as an emergency substitute if test fluid is unavailable). - Proper fluid filling level: When filling the machine, monitor the transparent level sight glass on the side of the unit to ensure adequate fluid volume without overfilling. If utilizing an ultrasonic cleaning bath, the cleanser added should just submerge the injector needle nozzles.
- Do not run the machine dry: Never press the start button or activate operation when the fuel tank is empty or when there is no fluid in the tank, as dry-running will cause severe friction, overheating, and damage to the internal pump and electronic components.
- Keep pulse signal cables and connectors dry: Strictly prohibit submerging the pulse signal drive cables or their terminal connectors into test fluid or cleaning solutions, as this will cause electrical short circuits and damage the mainboard.
- Limit continuous working time: The continuous working time should not exceed 30 minutes (standard recommendations are 10 minutes for idle, medium-speed, and high-speed tests, and 1 minute for leakage testing) to avoid overheating and extend the machine’s operating lifespan.
- Disconnect power when not in use: Once the test cycle is finished and the machine is powered off, please turn off the main switch and disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet to ensure electrical safety.
