MRCARTOOL T100 Smoke Test Machine is a specialty tool used with vehicle diagnostic devices to check the tightness of the vehicle pipeline system and find leaks, helping the auto repair technician to quickly and accurately determine whether the fault is caused by the pipeline leaks.
📝Warm Tips
- Please connect the 12V battery for use, too much current will damage the machine.
- When you use this MRCARTOOL T100 smoke test machine for the first time, fill it with 10-15ml oil. Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
- Before use, gently turn the knob to open the airflow regulator valve.
- The testing liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
- Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 15ml each time.
- Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
- During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
- Do not run the detector for over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
- The smoke test machine has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
- The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
❓How to Use
- Step 1: Pour 10-15 ml of baby oil into the smoke test machine for its first use. Open the engine cover and hang the Smoke Leak Detector inside it.
- Step 2: Disconnect the pipe that should connect to the smoke test machine.
- Step 3: Connect the detector to a DC12V battery. Turn on the power switch to start the detector.
- Step 4: After about 30 seconds, smoke will fill the pipe. Check for leaks. Use a headlamp if needed.
- Step 5: Choose the location you want to check and be safe while doing it. After you finish, store the protective equipment properly.

Why has my smoke test machine stopped producing smoke?
- Please check if you have added too much smoke oil, it is recommended to add 10ml-15ml of smoke oil, if you pour more smoke oil, it will lead to not enough space to produce smoke.
- Please open your Smoke Leak Detector to check if your heating pad is off, if it is off, please install it and use it again.
