Use a multimeter to measure voltage fluctuations at the injector electrode. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.
  • Test Mode 2: Outputs 100 pulses, each with a width of 5 milliseconds. Observe the fuel injector during testing, and the digital display will show the number of consecutive test pulses.
  • Test Mode 3: Outputs 1000 pulses, each with a width of 3 milliseconds. Observe the fuel injector during testing, and the digital display will show the number of consecutive test pulses.
  • Test Mode 4: Simulates an idle state by continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.
  • Test Mode 5: Simulates a medium-speed state by continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.
  • Test Mode 6: Simulates a high-speed state by continuously outputting pulses to the fuel injector. The digital display shows the continuous testing time in minutes.

How To Use The MRCARTOOL V30 Fuel Injector Tester Cleaner Tool?

Operating Steps
  1. Turn off the vehicle engine and remove the fuel injectors.
  2. Connect the fuel injector plug terminal to the injector. For common electromagnetic fuel injectors, there is no distinction between the positive and negative terminals.
  3. Attach the red electrical clip to the positive terminal of the vehicle’s battery and the black clip to the negative terminal.
  4. Select the appropriate fuel injector connection adapter and insert the injector into the adapter.
  5. Press the mode selection button to choose the desired testing mode, then press the start button to activate the fuel injector.
  6. Attach the fuel injector connection adapter to the nozzle of the carburetor cleaner.
  7. The fuel injector will begin spraying liquid. Observe the atomization and spray angle to check for any issues.
