It is easy to operate and portable and produces smoke quickly. It is an excellent tool for finding and repairing pipes such as intake, exhaust and emission leaks in your car. 📝Warm Tips
  • Please connect the 12V battery for use, too much current will damage the machine.
  • When you use this MRCARTOOL T105 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill it with 10-15ml oil. Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
  • Before use, gently turn the knob to open the airflow regulator valve.
  • The testing liquid: both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK.
  • Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 15ml each time.
  • Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
  • During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
  • Do not run the detector for over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
  • The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
  • The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.

How To Use The MRCARTOOL T105 Smoke For Leak Detection?

Operating Procedure
  • Step1: Fill 10ml baby oil to the detector for the first time. Open the engine cover, and hang the detector in the cover.
  • Step2: Disconnect the pipe that needs to be connected with detector.
  • Step3: Connect the detector with the DC12V battery, turn on the power switch, and the detector starts to work.
  • Step4: In about 30 seconds, the pipe will be filled with smoke. Check the leak points. Please use a headlamp if necessary.

MRCARTOOL T105 Evap Leak Tester Structure:

Structure
  • Hook: For hanging the detector during detection.
  • Work Indicator: Lights up when the detector is working.
  • Pressure gauge: displays the current pressure of the detector.
  • Smoke flow control valve: detects and sets the amount of smoke coming out.
  • Power switch: Turn on the power, the detector starts to work.

I love this smoke leak tester! It's incredibly easy to use—no extra air pump needed, just add baby oil and it generates smoke in 10 seconds. It quickly finds even the smallest leaks, has both air and smoke modes, and automatically shuts off if it overheats. The adapter works in all my vehicles.
