The MRCARTOOL BL200 Walnut shell Sand Blaster is specifically designed to remove carbon deposits from engine intake manifolds and intake/exhaust valves. It propels walnut shells at high speed using a high-pressure air stream, causing them to tumble and collide vigorously inside the enclosed intake manifold to effectively dislodge and remove carbon deposits. After cleaning, the walnut shells and carbon deposits are sucked into a storage bucket via a dedicated connector, ensuring efficient cleaning and shell recovery. Equipped with a high-power 1200W motor, it delivers strong suction and comes with 22 specialized adapters to accommodate a wider range of vehicle models and intake port specifications, offering greater flexibility. The walnut shell media is reusable, balancing cleaning performance, compatibility, and operating costs.

Connect the unit to an external air compressor. An air supply pressure of at least 6 bar is recommended, but must not exceed the unit’s maximum rated working pressure. The compressor should be equipped with an air dryer and filter to prevent moisture from causing the walnut shell media to clump.
Use walnut shell media with a recommended particle size of 0.6–1.2 mm, subject to the unit’s manual. The media can be reused after contaminants are filtered out. Replace media that is damp, contaminated, or excessively broken down into fines. Store in a sealed container away from moisture.
Wear safety goggles, a dust mask, and protective gloves during operation. Use hearing protection when necessary. Never point the blasting gun at people or animals.
Before use, check all hoses and fittings to ensure secure, leak-free connections and no damage or blockages. Keep the vacuum recovery system running properly throughout blasting.
Before cleaning engine intake ports and valves, ensure the corresponding intake valves are fully closed. Cover other exposed openings to prevent walnut shell media and carbon debris from entering the cylinders or other components.
Stop blasting immediately if blockages, media leakage, or abnormal suction occur. Before cleaning, servicing, or disassembly, disconnect the power and air supplies and release all residual pressure.
After cleaning, thoroughly remove all remaining media and debris. Inspect the cleaned areas before reassembly and engine startup. Regularly clean the filtration system, hoses, and media container, and keep the unit clean and dry.
