AUTOOL LM707 Refrigerant Recovery Machine supports the recovery and charging of automotive refrigerant R-134a. The refrigerant recovery machine is designed with a 5-inch screen to recover, evacuate, and refill R-134a refrigerant in vehicles. Automatically following the set process to complete the work, the operator can set the parameters in advance, greatly improving the efficiency of air conditioning system maintenance.

📝Warm Tips

Please read the instruction manual carefully before using the equipment, and prohibit the use of the equipment near open flames and hot objects.
The LM707 refrigerant recovery machine charges and recovers only R134a refrigerant, and users must not mix it with other refrigerants.
Before operating, check the type of refrigerant used in the automotive air conditioning system and turn off the car engine.
The actual usage capacity of the internal tank should be 80% of its maximum capacity (the internal tank capacity is 12kg) to avoid severe accidents caused by additional pressure from external factors.
To ensure optimal recharging functions, the internal tank should not contain less than 3kg of refrigerant; otherwise, recharging may not be possible.
Start the automotive refrigerant recovery procedure no more than 10 times per hour; otherwise, the compressor may be damaged.
Refrigerant oil generally bubbles when the car compressor discharges it. Users must be familiar with the repair and maintenance operations of automotive air conditioning to avoid operational errors that could result in damage to the equipment or the air conditioning system. The amount of oil to add depends on the amount discharged, and users should avoid overfilling.
During daily maintenance, add vacuum pump oil to the normal level inside the equipment (observe by opening the main door of the equipment).
Do not modify the pressure-reducing valve or system settings.
Do not use compressed air for pressure or leak testing of the machine or vehicle air conditioning systems.
After the filter has been used for 100kg, please change the filter as prompted by the unit and contact us for the code.
After using the vacuum pump for a total of 600 minutes, the equipment prompts you to reset the vacuum pump oil data. If the vacuum pump oil contains impurities or becomes turbid, replace it promptly.
Please run the cycle purification function about once a month after using the equipment to purify and clean the refrigerant in the pipeline of the equipment for the maintenance and repair of the equipment.
