📝Warm Tips

Deflate & De-Weight First: Always ensure the tire is completely deflated and remove all old wheel balancing weights before breaking the bead or clamping the wheel onto the turntable
Mandatory Bead Lubrication: Apply a generous amount of mounting grease to both sides of the tire bead before demounting and mounting. Operating without proper lubrication risks tearing the bead rubber or damaging internal bead cords.
Maintain 2 mm Rim Clearance: After locking the vertical arm, verify that the M/D head is set approximately 2 mm away from the rim edge to avoid direct metal-to-metal contact and prevent scratching alloy rims during rotation.
Position Valve Away from Tool Head: When inserting the crowbar to lever the bead over the demount head, position the valve stem approximately 10 cm to the right of the head to prevent damaging the tire valve, pressure sensor, or inner tube.
Safe Pulsed Inflation: Always keep your hands and body clear of the tire assembly during inflation. Inflate using short air pulses while frequently monitoring pressure, and never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended limit or the machine’s automatic maximum limit of 3.5 bar (51 psi).

HOW TO USE THE MRCARTOOL 112 TIRE CHANGER MACHINE?

Structure

Deflate the tire completely and remove all old wheel balancing weights;
Place the tire against the side wheel support and press the bead breaker pedal to separate the bead on both sides;
Place the wheel onto the turntable and press the clamp pedal to lock the rim firmly with the self-centering jaws;
Lower the vertical arm, lock the M/D head (maintaining a 2 mm clearance from the rim edge), and lubricate the tire bead with grease;
Insert the crowbar to lift the bead over the M/D head, then press the turntable pedal to rotate clockwise and demount the tire;
Align the new tire bead with the M/D head, rotate the turntable clockwise to complete mounting, and safely inflate with the airline gauge.
