The MRCARTOOL B-082 Wheel Balancer features a 250W low-noise drive motor and a high-speed microcomputer data processing system, designed for high-precision dynamic and static balancing of passenger car, off-road vehicle, and motorcycle wheels. The automatic measuring arm quickly measures wheel distance and rim diameter, while the 200 rpm high-speed, stable balancing cycle and multiple ALU adhesive weight programs support precise imbalance analysis down to 1g and accurate counterweight placement at the 12 o’clock position. This helps improve both efficiency and service quality in tire service bays.

📝Warm Tips
- Avoid Loose Clothing: Strictly prohibit wearing loose garments, baggy sleeves, flounces, or ties while operating, and keep body parts at a safe distance from moving parts and the spindle rotating at 200 rpm.
- Observe Weight Capacity: Never balance wheel assemblies that exceed the machine’s maximum rated limit to avoid motor burnout, spindle deformation, or internal sensor damage.
- Mandatory Guard Closure: Always lower the protective hood completely before starting a measurement spin; starting with the guard open triggers an Error 5 lock to prevent dirt, stones, or counterweights from flying out.
- Proper Wheel Mounting & Centering: Ensure the wheel is firmly centered on the shaft using the appropriate cone adapter; if mounting with bolts, tighten them crosswise one by one to prevent eccentric installation and inconsistent unbalance readings.
- Keep Gauge Stationary for 2 Seconds: When pulling out the automatic gauge to measure distance and diameter, hold the tip steady against the rim edge for about 2 seconds until the value is memorized on the display before retracting it back to position 0.
- Execute OPT Optimization: When static unbalance exceeds 30 g (1.1 oz) and the display shows “OPT”, perform the unbalance optimization spin to re-match the tire on the rim and minimize the required counterweight mass.
- Safe Maintenance & No Compressed Air: Do not use high-pressure compressed air jets to blow clean the machine, clean plastic panels with alcohol avoiding internal boards, and always disconnect the mains power supply before belt tensioning or servicing.
RCARTOOL B-082 Auto Tire Wheel Balancer Machine
Features
- 1g Industrial-Grade Precision: Driven by a 250W high-efficiency motor with a spindle balancing speed of 200 rpm, the machine detects imbalance with an accuracy of up to 1g (0.035 oz), helping eliminate wheel vibration at high speeds.
- Up to 70kg Wheel Weight: Handles wheel weight up to 70kg (154lbs), with a rim diameter range of 10–24″ (254-610mm) and a rim width range of 1.5-20″ (38-508 mm).
- Multi-Dimensional Balancing Modes: Offers standard Dynamic balancing, Static mode for motorcycle wheels and single-plane weight placement, and ALU1/ALU2 modes for concealed adhesive weights on aluminum alloy rims.
- Automatic Distance & Diameter Measuring Arm: The built-in high-precision measuring arm automatically reads and inputs wheel distance and rim diameter when pulled out and aligned with the rim, eliminating time-consuming manual measurements.
- 12 O’Clock High-Brightness Position Guide: A dual-direction high-brightness LED indicator strip on the panel lights up when the wheel reaches the counterweight placement position, guiding precise weight application at the 12 o’clock position.
- OPT Imbalance Optimization: When static imbalance exceeds 30g (1.1oz), the system prompts for OPT optimization and calculates the optimal tire-to-rim position to reduce counterweight consumption.
- FINE Precision Reading Switch: Press the “FINE” button to switch the counterweight display from standard 5g increments to 1g increments, making residual imbalance easier to identify.
- Guard-Down Auto Start & Electromagnetic Braking: The machine can automatically start the self-check and wheel rotation when the safety guard is lowered, then apply smooth automatic braking when the test is complete, improving efficiency while enhancing operator safety.
- Self-Calibration & Fault Self-Diagnosis: Features a microcomputer-controlled one-touch self-calibration function and sensor self-diagnosis, automatically correcting the baseline accuracy during long-term, high-frequency operation.
- Low-Noise Heavy-Duty Anti-Vibration Base: With a net weight of 85 kg and a rigid anti-vibration body structure, the machine operates at less than 70 dB for a quieter workshop environment.
- Official Warranty & After-Sales Support: Backed by MRCARTOOL’s 2-year warranty for the main unit, 1-year warranty for accessories, and online technical support.
HOW TO USE THE MRCARTOOL B-082 TIRE WHEEL BALANCER?
Structure
- Mount the wheel firmly onto the balancer shaft using the appropriate cone adapter, ensuring it is properly centered and locked with the quick-release nut;
- Pull out the automatic measuring gauge against the inner rim edge, hold it stationary for about 2 seconds to memorize the distance and diameter, then return it to position 0;
- Preset the rim width using the measuring caliper, then select the required balancing mode (Standard Dynamic, Static, ALU1, or ALU2) based on the rim construction;
- Lower the protective hood to automatically initiate the measuring spin cycle (or press the START button) and wait for the machine to brake after calculating unbalance;
- Rotate the wheel slowly by hand according to the display until the position indicator LEDs fully illuminate, locking in the exact 12 o’clock weight placement position;
- Attach the specified counterweight at the 12 o’clock position on the inner/outer rim, then lower the hood again to perform a verification spin to confirm optimal balance.
