How To Use The MRCARTOOL V308 Boat Fuel Injector Cleaner?

Procédure de fonctionnement
  • Étape 1 : Clean the injector’s exterior before using the machine. Place injectors in the ultrasonic bathtub when dirt-free, and keep the cleaning fluid below the pulse line connection port.
  • Étape 2 : Activate the ultrasonic system to dislodge particle buildup in the injectors. You can recycle the remaining cleaning fluid after use.
  • Étape 3 : Fix the injectors on the main machine to test for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Fill the glass tube halfway with test liquid.
  • Étape 4 : Conduct the leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. Return the injectors to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.
