1. For injector test fluid we recommend medical alcohol or paraffin wax
2. For injector cleaning fluids, you can purchase cleaning fluids specifically designed for carbon cleaning.
3. Do not use any aggressive cleaning fluids for testing.
4. If not used for a long period of time, it is recommended to recycle the test fluid and unplug the unit after the test is completed.
5. Do not start the ultrasonic cleaner without adding the cleaning solution, it will cause damage to the machine.
6. Do not put the pulse signal cable or its connector into the cleaner as this may cause damage.
7. To avoid shortening its service life, users should limit the operating time of the ultrasonic cleaner to no more than 30 minutes.

• Clean the injector’s exterior with liquid before use. Place injectors in the ultrasonic bath after removing dirt, ensuring the fluid doesn’t exceed the pulse line connection port.
• Turn on the ultrasonic system to allow the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particle buildup inside the injectors. After cleaning, recycle the remaining cleaning fluid.
• Fix the injectors on the main machine and test them for resistance, shorts, and current draw. Add the test liquid to half of the glass tube.
• We are performing leak tests, spray pattern evaluations, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. The technicians have now returned the injectors to the flow bench to retest all functions.
