❓How to USE
  • Step 1: Pour 10-15 ml of baby oil into the auto smoke machine​ for its first use. Open the engine cover and hang the detector inside it.
  • Step 2: Disconnect the pipe that should connect to the detector.
  • Step 3: Connect the detector to a DC12V battery. Turn on the power switch to start the detector.
  • Step 4: After about 30 seconds, smoke will fill the pipe. Check for leaks. Use a headlamp if needed.
  • Step 5: Choose the location you want to check and be safe while doing it. After you finish, store the protective equipment properly.

I'm an A.S.E. certified master mechanic.
I've been using smoke machines over 25 years, and this little machine has really impressed me. It's quite, produces a good volume of smoke and has a nice pressure range. So far I've used it for an evap. Issue, a coolant leak, and an oil leak. I'm very happy. You do have to manually control your psi and lock it. Great machine for the money. I'm curious how long it will last

Big fan of when things work the first time. I tried other smoke machines on here and they didn't work for crap. I poured the fluid in this, turned it on, instant smoke, and I didn't have to hook it up to my compressor. It was lovely. 10/10 would recommend.
