MRCARTOOL V50 test kit drives all types of gasoline and diesel injectors, including PFI, FSI, TFSI, GDI, Piezo, and more. It automatically detects the injector type and operates with a single button click. The kit also includes common adapters for most direct injection injectors, allowing them to fit into the fuel rails of traditional PFI injector testers, enabling testing of the injectors’ spray patterns.

  • The hand pump can be used as the pressure source for testing injectors, with diesel recommended for testing all types of injectors, including gasoline ones. Only injectors with threaded fittings can be tested with the hand pump.
  • To use the hand pump, pressurize it to the desired level and check the nozzle’s sealing. Then, connect the driver box to test the injector’s spray pattern.
